ports (WE ARE CURRENTLY ADJUSTING SYSTEM)
To get around map, there are player owned ports. Players must build a comfy port on a territory touching the ocean, then request a jannie make it a port.
The town that owns the territory the port is in controls the port. If the port territory is occupied/captured during war, the occupier now owns the port.
You must be in a wooden boat or a vehicle (transport ship or riverboat) to /port warp. If you go in a big boat, all passengers will teleport and you only pay any fees once.
commands:
- /port warp [name]: warp to a target port
- /port list: list port groups
- /port info [name]: view detailed info on specific port
- /port fee [name] [group] [amount]: set port warp fee for a group (ally, neutral, enemy)
- /port allow [name] [group] [true/false]: set who can warp to your port (ally, neutral, enemy)
Do /port to see help in game.
port fee and access control
You can set who can warp to your port and also a fee for warp. The fee item is gold ingots and it goes to the port owner. Groups are ally, neutral, and enemy. Town/nation members can always warp to their owned ports with no fee.
During war time, you should probably make sure neutral and enemies cannot warp to your port using:
- /port allow [name] neutral false
- /port allow [name] enemy false
port groups
atlantic
(includes north sea and baltic)
med (mediterranean)

special pre-placed port, choke points
You can only warp to ports within the same port group. There are only certain ports that overlap groups that act as entrances/exits to each group. These are strategic and groups should meme coalition bully the owners for access:

player ports
players may build a nice comfy port and janny team will give them a port. the port warp will only be part of one ocean group though. to cross into a different ocean, the player must warp to one of the choke points first.
